Conveyors and material handling systems
Conveyors, transfer sections, supports and handling assemblies for moving bulk materials, parts or production flow.
Industrial subcontracting · Estonia
PnP Grupp turns industrial fabrication projects into prototypes, finished components and repeat production.
No production drawings yet? Send sketches, photos, samples or a short project description.
Your situation
Whether your workshop is overloaded, a supplier cannot keep up, or a new component needs a dependable production route, outsourced fabrication should not create more problems than it solves.
How a project moves forward
What we produce
Industrial metal fabrication projects — components, assemblies and production work for companies, not private consumer metalwork.
Conveyors, transfer sections, supports and handling assemblies for moving bulk materials, parts or production flow.
Hoppers, bunkers, chutes and duct assemblies for storage, transfer, ventilation and process lines.
Welded and machined parts for agricultural trailers, forestry equipment, buckets, crushers, log trailers and heavy-duty machinery.
Marine-grade steel components for shipbuilding, heavy ventilation, onboard systems and auxiliary equipment.
Welded and machined assemblies for heavy machinery, made to drawings and repeatable production requirements.
Steel ductwork for gas handling systems, including sections, supports, transitions and custom assemblies.
Steel platforms and access assemblies designed for maintenance, inspection and equipment operation.
Welded and machined components for equipment manufacturers, subcontracted from prototype to repeat production.
How production can start
PnP Grupp can support the project before it becomes a repeat order. Use prototypes, one-off parts or small batches to confirm the production route first.
Risk management
Outsourcing production only works when the subcontractor understands the project, communicates clearly and can support the next step.
“I am not sure you will understand my project.”
Our team has 27 years of experience in subcontract manufacturing across very different industrial products, backed by an engineering team that reviews drawings, sketches and samples before production. An RFQ is not binding: after the first contact, you will see whether we understand your project, and if not, you can simply stop the discussion.
“We need to test before ordering a batch.”
Start with one or two test parts — no commitment to a series. After your approval, the drawings, materials and welding procedures are locked for repeat production, so piece #40 matches piece #1.
“I am not sure you can produce parts of my size.”
With 13,300 m² of production area across two sites, PnP Grupp is set up for both precise components and large industrial assemblies. Send the dimensions, drawings or photos first, and we will confirm what is realistic before you commit to anything.
“Production abroad will be hard to control.”
You always know where your project stands: one responsible contact in English, updates at agreed milestones, and factory acceptance testing when you need it. Payment can also be tied to agreed milestones, so progress and financial commitment move together. Get a live video walkthrough or visit the site any time — we are a 3–4 hour flight from anywhere in the EU.
“The part needs more than welding.”
Send the drawing, receive the component ready for your assembly: cut, machined, welded, surface-treated and tested — without you coordinating a single extra supplier.
“The RFQ will turn into endless back-and-forth.”
Fill in the form and receive a preliminary quote. Then one call to go through the details — and everything agreed is fixed in writing, so there are no misreadings later. Fast, simple, no endless email threads.

Estonia → the Nordics
Use external fabrication capacity when internal production is overloaded or not set up for a specific component.
Estonia offers a practical balance of industrial capability, EU-based production and competitive subcontracting costs.
Start with prototypes, one-off parts or small batches before moving to repeat production.
If drawings are missing or incomplete, the engineering team can help prepare the project for manufacturing.
Keep the project under one subcontracting workflow instead of coordinating multiple small suppliers.
Production in Estonia supports deliveries to Finland, Sweden, Norway and other European markets.
EU-based production with practical delivery routes to Finland, Sweden, Norway and the rest of Europe.
